First off, delicious ice cream and treats but that's not the best part of Sweet Treats. They do a free soft serve every day for different names they select. I messaged and asked them to put my friends name up because she has a unique name and she has NEVER found her name on anything in a gift shop or anything, literally. And they did and made both of our days. Their team is absolutely wonderful and serve not only ice cream but positivity and joy. I recommend this place above all else Downriver! A local gem for sure.
There are many, many ice cream shops a lot closer to home, so I'd never been here before. But my son's name was up for a free soft serve, so we decided to check it out. They had so many unique ice cream flavors, especially the flavors kids love, like Blue Moon, Superman, Play-Doh, Birthday Cake, Cotton Candy. I didn't feel right making him get a boring soft serve, so we both got some of the hand dipped. And it was amazing. I'm talking Kilwin's-quality - the kind of ice cream that is worth driving for. They also have a lot of gluten free flavors and cones. I can definitely see why they keep winning for best ice cream shoppe in Metro Detroit.

What a wonderful place! They allowed my son to come in and get a free cone with his name being so similar to one of the names listed on their sign. Prices are great, the ice cream was yummy, and service was amazing! Definitely will be back�

Fantastic Bananna Splits! You can get them with soft serve vanilla or hard serve chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. We like the soft serve. Great little neighborhood ice cream shop.
Even though I went in when they were very busy, I was helped in a very reasonable amount of time and my peanut butter explosion was delicious!

Always awesome customer service. My kids beg to go here all summer long. They are so sweet and patient with everyone! We went here for Mother's Day. Not only did I get a free sundae, but got a big bag of candy and 2 small bags of candy for my kids. Best place. Would give more stars if it allowed! Always our go-to place!
