There were about 15 cars in the 2 drive thru lanes @ 11:30am today, thought it was going to take a long time to get my yummy nugget combo. Nope. Maybe 2 min later I was out enjoying my meal, I love their waffle fries, YUM!!! They have several employees outside taking orders keeping cars moving quickly and efficiently.
Had the best experience this morning here! Chick-fil-A always is a pleasant experience, however this morning it seemed like every person we spoke to went out of their way to make the visit special. Really felt like they knew us even though we live in Florida. When I was ordering, I forgot to include I didn’t want milk in my iced coffee and they kindly remade it for me without issue even though it was my mistake. Cannot say enough good things about every single employee here.
It's Chick-fil-A, what can I say...? Good food that's likely very bad for me but tastes great! Lots of fat, salt, sugar - YUM! Appears to have adapted well to the SARS-CoV2 crisis - moving people through the drive through with a minimum of interaction & a decent attempt at social distancing. Long line was fast to get through & my order was correct. Not a whole lot more to ask for....
I mean is Chick-Fil-A ever NOT delicious? The staff at the Ridgewalk Parkway location are always wonderful - especially Niah! See her almost every time and she always puts a smile on my face! Thanks Guys!
Great food and although this is a very packed location food comes out hot and in a timely manner
