Review from my 8 year old daughter, Catie: If you want a mouth watering dinner in minutes The Flying Rhino is the place to be! All the food is filled with goodness every bite you take all you will want is seconds and thirds. The best part is that is not all they have to offer! In the angel hair pasta has there signature cheese sauce that finishes it all off! Every bite you take will be filled with cheese and and hot warm pasta will make your face look like your on TV! Be sure to savor every bit! The cheese melts in your mouth bite-by-bite you take!! Angel hair pasta sounds unappealing but its good! You can find angel hair pasta on the kids menu! When your waitstaff comes with your pasta all you can see is there signature cheese sauce pond! Their chicken tenders and french fries will blow your socks off! They smell like breaded chicken with warm potatoes. Guide your fork to your mouth slowly to savor it! The texture is smooth, soft, silky and velvety, and always quite hot because it just came out of the fresh oven. That's all you'll need for dinner. My reasons are cheesey hair pasta is mind blowing, chicken is a gust of wind following you, great hot and smooth. You will have to try it to believe it! Can't wait to see you running to The Flying Rhino!
Came in today for brunch around 11 and had the sausage gravy and biscuits with tater tots. Please never get rid of this dish. Tater tots dipped in sausage gravy is probably the most perfect brunch dish there ever could be. The portion size was perfect and my husband and I both left full but not overstuffed. We've been before for dinner and always had a great experience.
Outstanding crusted salmon with outstanding flavor and moist. Cooked to perfection. My spouse enjoyed quinoa salad with grilled chicken. Very tasteful and balance. Appetizer seared tuna stacker was wonderful. I could have eaten half the portion and been happy, but couldn't help myself and eat it all.
First time here, I live in Boston now but I will ALWAYS come here on the weekends, Megan is literally the best bartender EVER, she made me feel at home, and my glass was never empty. I recommend this awesome place to EVERYONE, even if you live far, it's worth it. Keep up the good work guys, you have gained a costumer for life.
A group of us went for lunch. We all enjoyed our meals. Excellent service. Great menu - large selection of items. We especially liked the art and decor, which we learned the owner created, including a really nice mosaic wall. Definitely recommend to other.
Loved this place! I met up with a friend in Worcester and someone recommended Flying Rhino. I checked out the menu beforehand and it looked pretty good so I made a reservation for 12:30pm on a Thursday. Turns out I didn't need the reservation because it was kind of quiet. A few more people came in after we were seated, but other than that it was kind of empty, which I liked. The food itself was delicious. We ordered the poutine as an appetizer and that was pretty good. I ordered the chicken wrap as my entree and it was just the way I liked it - not too dry, a good amount of sauce and veggies. It was perfect. My friend ordered the steak entree and that was well seasoned and delicious as well. The portions were also very generous so we ended up boxing some stuff up. I'll definitely come back here if I'm in the neighborhood again!
The apps were delicious. The chicken and waffles? Eh Don't order. Just a bit one dimensional with it being not a really good waffle or chicken. The jerk chicken was actually delicious. Not quite exactly the flavors I would like in my jerk chicken just alot more pepper than other flavors, but not bad for a non carribean restaurant. The salmon was cooked well... A little too well. May have been on the skillet for a minute or two too long. It was a bit confusing to find clumps of the dip in the rice. Perhaps on the side would be a better option for future customers. As for the desserts I enjoyed the brownie and strawberry shortcake. The pita bread powereded in sugar and cinnamon al a mode was way too over cooked. A second order was much more palatable. Overall a decent place to eat with some small improvements to be made here and there.
Very tasty food and generous portion sizes. They were clearly short staffed, but did a great job keeping all the tables served. Enjoyed the tent for outdoor seating.
Loved the vibrant interior colors. Our server Carlos was pleasant. The salmon with fried feta/ shrimp bowl/carrot cake/brownie sundae were delicious! Would definitely dine here again to try other menu items!

The food was very good. I had a special burger with a spicy habenero margarita which actually had a bit of a kick which was nice. The one thing was it was incredibly loud there, not their fault though because it was just patrons having a good time but I could barely hear my partner. I'm not really sure there's anything they can do about it but if you're going to eat here maybe pick a less busy time or eat outside if you're into that unless you like it loud or don't mind that in which case this is a place for you.
shrewsbury street has so many restaurants but this will forever one of my favorite restaurants. I am obsessed with the cornbread here as well as the kale Ceasar salad. they recently took it off the menu but they will make it for you if you ask 😇
parking is available on the street and in a small parking lot next to the restaurant.
