The line for this joint was STACKED!!! But it moved swiftly. I ordered both the chicken and steak sandwiches at the truck station downtown Detroit. Both were pretty good but the steak was the better of the two. I overheard one guy when he was handed his sub say "Daaaaamn, I have to sit down to eat t
I generously give it one star just because it was a nice place. As for the food I was less than impressed, I saw frozen blocks of meat slapped on the grill, pretty sure they were the steak-umm's from the freezer section of your local grocery store. The person with me had some breaded fish, also from
Good cheesesteak! The poutine fries were awesome.
Pro's: Clean restaurant with seating available, really friendly staff, good food, Nice location in Downtown Wyandotte.
Con: Price point on the cheesesteak, for the size, I'd prefer it to be in the 4.99 range with additional toppings a little more e
Great staff and owners, if your lucky you'll see them there working along side the staff. Make sure you get the cherry relish on your cheese steak! Their soup and desserts are all homemade and incredible!
The Cheesesteak Institute of America catered my granddaughter's outdoor wedding for almost 200 guests. The bride and groom wanted something different and this turned out to be a spectacular idea. The food and service was top-notch, and we heard nothing but compliments from our guests. Thanks CIA you
I order my cheese steak with yellow peppers and pepper relish cooked in but no onions. The seasoned waffle fries are great too!
The #1 was terribly bland! Only 1 little slice of cheese, bread was extremely soggy and it was wrapped to go, in wax paper that disintegrated as I opened it. I'll stick with Joey's or Jersey Mike's from now on!!
Definitely not what i was expecting. ... frozen pattys and no nacho cheese at all ...... steak was very very plain .... not worth the price at all definitely prefer joeys !!!!!!
