What can I say? I really like to eat out where I KNOW the food will be good. You will not be disappointed when you sample Hamir's Indian Fusion's menu! From the chicken tandoori to the coconut curry shrimp, there is an explosion of flavors for your palate in each dish he creates. For some adventure, order the Thali platter and you'll have quite a sampling of Hamir's daily selections. If you've got a sweet tooth, you just can't go wrong with gulab jamun with ice cream for dessert. Hamir's creativity is not limited to the kitchen: Come for one of his special "pairing" evenings, for example, dinner with authentic music on a Friday....dinner and a magic show....dinner for Valentine's Day with creations from a local chocolatier. All the way around, your dining experience at Hamir's Indian Fusion will prompt you to return and bring your friends.
Absolutely wonderful. You can tell everything is prepared fresh. We tried many dishes and every dish had it's own unique flavor and every dish was delicious. Hamir came out and said hello which was very nice. Highly recommend!
Just ate here for the first time. Told Hamir about our vegan Indian wedding, he brought me out coconut curry chicken to try after we already had our meals. Great staff, oustanding owner. Will recommend to everyone. Thanks for a great experience!!!
Not only was this our first time at Hamir's this afternoon, it was our first time for Indian food as well. One of our guests at our inn suggested we give Hamir's a try. Well we did. I simply can not say enough good things about the food and staff. Food was excellent, the wait staff friendly and knowledgeable, and Hamir himself came out to welcome us and thank us for coming. We most certainly be back to try his other food offerings.
Quaint, friendly and delicious. The food is amazing, the staff is warm and the owner, Hamir is down to earth awesome.. Fall in Love w Indian cuisine all over again.
Hamir's has the best Indian Fusion cuisine around. I had the Coconut Curry Chicken which was delicious. If you have never tried Indian cuisine or think it's too spicy, just give Hamir's a try. They'll be happy to adjust the spice level to your liking. Service and food was top notch!

Hamir's was a delight!! The food was amazing, from the first bite to the last!!! We wanted to try everything on the menu so we will have to come back for more!! Hamir came out to meet every guest, so personable!! You are missing out if you haven't tried this place yet, and don't be afraid of the curry or spices!! There is something for everyone and Laura was very knowledgeable and will help you decide what to try!!! Save room for dessert!!! Oh, and wear an expandable waistband ���
York is truly blessed to have this restaurant. Flavor explosions galore! Wowee wow wow. I've had friends that "thought" they didn't like Indian food. That all changed when they gave Hamir's a try. Go for it people! This is a fantastic establishment.
Jamie was the best. Being here for the first time, she explained all the food items that were available. The food was delicious! Not sure who the gentlemen was (maybe the owner/chef), he checked to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Definitely will be returning!
What a delicious experience! Truly this is a superb Indian cuisine restaurant and I'm so happy for friends who lead us to it. The sampler was an A+ way to start, giving you a taste of everything if you haven't yet decided. Their mango lassi is delicious, the desserts also were to melt for. From start to finish, totally delicious.
Delicious food, an artfully decorated space, great music, fast, yet accurate and friendly wait staff (I request Kari whenever shes working)and a chef who clearly knows what he's doing. Eating at Hamir's is not only an experience, but an absolute joy. I no longer live in the area but I'll still make the drive whenever possible just to eat here!
I guess this restaurant should be in Top 10 Indian food restaurants in the US!

Hamir's wasn't just dinner, it was a culinary experience. The chef/owner has tailored his menu to take your pallet on a delicious journey. From apps to entree then dessert, my taste buds were dancing happily about. This local restaurant is worth your time. Hamir's is a must!

The food creations & the staff 100% lived up to the hype on social media reviews. Kari greeted us at the door, and when she learned it was my first visit & I was willing to try anything- she was thrilled. She enthusiastically shared her suggestions, and it was clear that Kari loves serving her community.
The issue with the appetizer & main course samplers was that we enjoyed every single item. That’s a good problem to have, so we’ll keep going back for the regular serving size.
Explore the menu, try the specials, and ask for recommendations. Hamir & his team delight in satisfying appetites! Today’s Mango Panna Cotta dessert was divine.
The food and service were excellent. The presentation and flavors were great! The staff are attentive and appreciative of your patronage. Chef Hamir comes out personally to check on your meal and ask for feedback. You can tell he puts his heart into his food! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great Indian meal!
Really good good. First time eating Indian food. They took really good care of us and made sure we ordered food we would like. Would eat here again.
