As far as fast food goes this place has it down pat!! Always friendly and the place is spotless!! Never had a bad experience there! Other chains should learn from them!!
This is the best Chick-fil-A in the country...hands down! Everyone is extremely kind and helpful. The food is always good. The restrooms and facilities are very clean. The owners are super kind. Dolores and Tamra are the best people in the world. I come here often and look forward to coming and am very disappointed when they're not here! Thank you Scott and Cathy for your hard work and dedication!

I love this place. It's the best fast food place. Always clean, staff is so friendly. Food is the best. We were there on Wednesday night to see Santa Cow. I thought he was adorable. Our 2 year old granddaughter was scared of him, but I know as she gets older she will love him. Thanks for a great time.
This was my experience during a recent visit at Chick Fil-A East York on 12/9/15. The owner is this really nice lady that I have chatted with a few times (it's the only fast food place in the area with a play area). She really puts a lot of love and hard work into the place. They're always doing kids activities here and holiday extras. Anyways, as I came in with the kids I noticed she was helping this man get his food, opening his ketchup packet, putting his straw in his cup and seating him. By the time I got up to the counter to order she was back and, I gathered from the comments, the man was homeless. She had to leave and instructed her staff to take care of him and make sure his drink gets refilled. She gave him free food and took the extra care to help him. As I casually observed, I noticed he was disabled and had a hard time talking. My heart is so full knowing there are people who are "feeding His sheep" literally and figuratively.
Service better than a restaurant and you feel like your treated like someone who matters. The play area is definitely a bonus. I'd rather be with Gemma there than any other "fast food" joint. Plus the pressure cooked chicken rocks.
My business card was pulled from the jar and my office won lunch for 20 people. It was delicious and very well presented and set up by Chick fil a. We received quite a variety of items to eat and are very thankful for choosing us!
It was my husband's first time there! He really enjoyed it, and it was really busy but they handle the crowd great, I don't think we waited more than 5min in line or for our food. Great job!

Employees are wonderful and management goes above and beyond. They brought my food over to my table and managers walk around offering to get patrons drink refills. I don't eat fast food often, but this place definitely elevates "fast food". Peach milkshakes are excellent (this is the last week they're available ).
Always friendly and I always get my food quick. Other fast food restaurants could learn a thing or two from them.

Staff is always pleasant. Location gets extremely busy. Only downside is if you are coming from market street you have to go through Walmart or home depot parking lot.
Workers are great at wiping tables down and keeping dining area clean.
Polynesian sauce is awesome with chicken.

Chick Fila offers true fast food. They process customers in a very quick and organized way. Their young employees are efficient and so polite. Waffle fries are great. They also have delicious home spun milkshakes and lemonade drinks! Enjoy!
Chic fil a is great. I think everyone knows that The people who work at this store are the nicest I’ve ever come across. They are one of the busier stores so I would suggest ordering ahead of time.
Always a great place to eat. Everyone is friendly and the food gets out to you quickly. The drive thru can get packed but it moves quickly so dont get discouraged that you will be waiting for a while you wont be.
Restaurant is immaculately clean. Service is waaay above par. An associate asked if I needed a drink refill and even took my tray and trash. Very friendly staff. Food was perfect.
This the best Chick-fil-A. I go to York Pennsylvania 4 time a year for basketball Tournament and me and my son make plans always go to this Chick-fil-A. The people there are always so courteous and nice and the service is always fast and the food is delicious.
I went inside because the drive-through line was long, and I got great service from JJ, and then a sweet young girl engaged me about frosted coffees and how good they are! Awesome staff 🥰
