This is long overdue! This is one of the best kept secrets in York County. The beer is fantastic, the staff is super friendly, the food is great, and the environment is very unique. My buddy and I have visited about 3 or 4 times now and are greeted warmly by our favorite bartender, Leah. She is just awesome and makes it such an enjoyable visit. It's true that the right staff makes or breaks a place. We even got to talk with the chef, Seth. Our meals were super that evening. A salmon special cooked to perfection and a homemade meatball sub that reminded me of my Italian grandmother's recipe. Nice work. Lest I forget the best part...the beer! Every beer I've ever tried was superb, and my absolute favorite, which seems to be one of their regular brews—thankfully—is the Ginger Rye IPA. Delicious! Never stop making this one!!! I always have to begin my visit with a pint of the stuff!
I love love love love this brewery! I came in for the first time a couple months ago and our bartender was so sweet! Food was great and It was so filling I had to take some of it home!
I'm only taking 1 star off because I tried to leave a positive review on their facebook account and some jerk guy kept trolling my review leaving nasty comments to me and to the establishment. You'd think whoever is in charge of their social media account would see this and ban them or help me get back control of the great time I had there.
Stoney Run Brew House had both a nice selection of beers and food choices. I had the fish tacos with pineapple salsa and it was delicious. I would come back again just for them. The French Onion soup was very nice as well. The decor was very nice and the whole place was very clean. We sampled several beers and all were satisfying. What tipped the scale from 4 to 5 stars was Erin, our Bartender / waitress who went above and beyond your normal level of service. This was our first visit and there's no doubt that we will be back.
