Joy's Café at Yorktowne Medical Center on Freedom Way. A very nice facility. Nice and bright with big wide windows and even some seating outside. We needed a place to hold a baby shower on a Sunday. Joy was nice enough to open the restaurant up for us that day. We had around 30 people and it worked out great. She did sandwiches made to order, Taco Mac-n-Cheese, Crab Mac-n-Cheese, and great cupcakes, great fruit salad, and more. Everything was very good. We highly recommend Joy's Café.

From the first bite; It's like you know Joy, and know she makes everything with a true passion for quality, taste, and value to everything she makes. A must try "Food Experience"! Joys cafe has excellent food, friendly service, great prices, and the coffee is phenomenal-better than Starbucks even ☺️ Definitely worth checking out!

Amazing cafe! My wife has worked for joy since June of 2016 and I love it every time I go in! The food is great and the service is friendly! And anyone downing this business is crazy! Their prices are very good especially for the portion sizes you get! I recommend anyone looking for a quick lunch or spot to eat to go to one of her locations and try it because you won't regret it!
I used to travel to from Mechanicsburg just to get the baked oatmeal. Yes...it's that good. The entire menu is delicious and fairly priced. A minority of the patrons who come in while I'm eating my meal, Joy knows them by name and what they like. This is a great spot in downtown York.
