The workers are always so kind and helpful. We enjoy coming to this location for this exact reason. The food is also good and prepared fresh and exactly how we asked for it. The dining area could be cleaned a little better (counters wiped down and floors mopped but it is not a disaster) but it is understandable as they may be under staffed as most places are and people should clean up after themselves. I'm also sure the ice from the soda machines fly everywhere, it is just the machine itself and there were wet floor signs out.
I LOVE that they bag each meal individually for large orders! I'm sure that is a leftover covid response but I hope they keep doing it. It makes handing out food in the vehicle so much easier, each person gets handed their own bag of food and then they are responsible for packing the trash back into it and throwing it away.
On my visit, the staff were all friendly and you could tell they were working as hard as they could. When I received my order it was hot and correct, and the taste was similar to any other Wendy's. The reason for the four stars instead of five is due to their drive through line. Due to their location, the line quickly overflows into the main road of the shopping center nearby.
My order came out quick, it was correct and it was hot. Not a lot of fast food places can say that anymore. The four for four dollar deal is great for a quick bite.
