Rock bottom prices, top notch service, fantastic availability, and of course the freshest Maine lobster one can purchase! Super convenient for a quick stop off Route 1 or 95!!! Doesn't make sense to buy lobster anywhere else, especially if you live south of Maine!!☺️ Will continue to make the drive here any day of the week, and recommend you do too!

We purchased 16 pounds of steamers on Friday July 9, 2021 for a family function. This is the first time we have purchased from So. Maine Lobster and I have to say they were OUTSTANDING! Sweet, tender and absolutely no sand in them. We will definitely purchase more from them as well as lobsters. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Thank you. Ken
These guys are amazing. You will not find a better tasting lobster in York.... actually Maine! It tastes like they cook the lobsters in salt ocean water. They go above and beyond. Was able to fulfill my lobster order even during a day they were normally closed.
This by far is the best lobster my family has ever had. We ordered on four separate occasions this August (2017) and each time it was exceptional! Tender and sweet! The steamers are delightful as well. They are also extremely friendly. I never write reviews but I had to make an exception for Southern Maine Lobster Company.
Had some “New England” lobsters shipped to Chicago for our super bowl party. As usual these guys delivered. Lobsters arrived on time and fresh. Compared to other Maine lobsters I have ordered in the past, these guys have the best prices that can’t be beat. We have ordered fresh sea food from Southern Maine Lobster Co for years and have never been disappointed - shipped all the way to Chicago. Highly recommend this place. Keep up the great work.
