I ordered a hot Chai Latte with a sandwich. They accidentally made me an iced Chai Latte instead, but I'm not even mad. 1) mistakes happen!! 2) the iced Latte was actually a lot better than the regular hot Latte that I usually get 😂 it was pretty cinnamony, and I loved it tbh

Okay, So I don't write these often, so pay attention. The staff at this Starbucks makes this the best Starbucks i've ever visited! I strongly recommend going in to order. Not because there is something wrong with getting your drive through order but because you would then miss the joy of watching this beautifully choreographed group of artists perform. Professionals behaving professionally! It's so rare these days you have to take a moment to appreciate it. I appreciate you!

Edit: as of 11/21/2021, this Starbucks manages to surpass customer expectations. They are phenomenal and will ensure every customer has a great experience. Excellent staff and experience overall! Starbucks is pretty much the same wherever you go. That said, what makes this location exceptional is the customer service. They are quick to smile and everyone is very personable. The staff here is willing to go the extra mile for the customer. I just moved to the Yorktown area and I will be a regular at this location. This is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had with any food/drink/coffee establishment.
