We visited from S.C. And there is a big difference between southern BBQ and western BBQ. The county line showcased the best of what we had chance to eat outside of Rudy's. The two joints were really great but county lines beef ribs made took me back to the Flinestone Days!! Gigantic slow cooked ribs! I've always wanted to try good beef ribs and the 2 rib combo gave me a warm feeling that I don't get much anywhere else I've ever eaten. On top of that, the views are worth going to there for! I'll be back!
My first visit and it was the best! The ribs were tender, carrots to die for, quick service and Alex was the perfect host!
We stopped to get some lunch on our way to the tram. Found the best rib place ever! The portions were huge, with everything! We left with 3 stuffed to go boxes, even my 14 year old eating machine couldn't eat all that he ordered.
Hubby loved the paper towels in the middle of the table used a runways worth. A friend couldn't eat his last rib, was so stuffed. But the 4 lb bread pudding was manageable. Lots of laughter.
My baked potato was good. lol. I don't eat meat.
Thank you to the staff for inviting us in even though they were closing in 7 minutes (we didn't know). I tried to say no and they insisted we come in, saying please, it isn't a problem.
