If you need a quiet night out, no fuss, great upscale food..this is the place.. We went on a Friday night and were skeptical being the only people there. The special was short ribs and garlic mashed potatoes. It was terrific! Cobb salad was one of the best that I have had. Everything was plated beautifully, professionally. Portion size was large with out being too much.
The restaurant was romantic; soft lighting, cozy seating, wine, nice music. Almost had to get a room!! (too much info.) The restaurant is inside the Marriott.
Waitstaff was attentive, she was also watching the bar, she knew the menu well, was very sweet and we never had to go look for her.
We will be back!
The perfect example of friendliness will get you everywhere. This is a very busy hotel bar and restaurant. We’ve stayed a few times and it’s always crazy busy. Often tables are behind on being bussed and it takes a moment to get served. However everyone on staff from bartenders to servers are always extremely friendly and in this day and age that goes a long way with me. The food is ok, nothing marvelous BUT their desserts & cocktails … are very good.
Lenah, Rosie, and Emma at the bar are PHENOMENAL. Seriously great and friendly service and above and beyond. (L, I am so sorry if I spelled your name wrong!)
Reminds me of the old school Marriott bars in the 80s and 90s. Worth coming by just to hang here. Highly recommended!!!
