I’ve been to this location on numerous occasions, and the quality of the food varies, I think based on time of day. If it’s after about 9am it’s good, but overnight and early morning it seems to be lacking. Things like pancakes that are kind of hard, as if they sat out under a heat light while the other items were made. In general though the food is good. We’ve never had anything other than breakfast foods, so I can’t speak to those items, but breakfast items are generally good. The service has always been prompt, and the servers very friendly. I’ve never had any issues with service. Prices of course are cheap and it’s great because you get a lot of food. Definitely will keep eating here.
This location was not busy at all at 7am on Tuesday or Wednesday morning (I came in two days in a row). I was immediately seated both times, and I had a fresh cup of coffee poured within seconds of sitting down. The omelette and breakfast plate I ordered were delicious, and the pancakes were perfect both visits. The wait staff kept my coffee full and made sure I was happy throughout my meals. This was a clean establishment that provided a nice and quiet start to two beautiful days in Albuquerque.
It's been a while since I've been here. But the last time we went (2017) the service was great. Waitress was nice, and so was the manager. We had two small children with us and they gave them free kid yogurts. I informed them I had a nut allergy and I needed to be aware of all ingredients. They pulled out a book or something like that of all their recipes in their food. Very friendly staff. Wasn't busy at all. Waitress was good about coming to check up on us. I recommend them if you're gonna grab some food.
