Arrived around 4pm. Just after the lunch rush. There are homeless people around this area. Inside the shop I was not greeted immediately until I approached the register. I placed my order on the app with specific items made a certain way. The lobby was adequate in cleanliness. A few tables had signs of people sitting in them. The music kept skipping every so randomly. Sitting near the windows on the north side I watched as the employees made the food. After about 7 minutes the food was ready and brought to my table.
Food made as ordered. Nothing missing. Nothing replaced. Nothing substituted. Chalupa bread came out soft. Taco came out in one piece, burrito tortilla fluffy. And the quesadilla was not ruined by the jalapeno sauce what so ever as requested.
Only one small issue is with the seasoned rice. A bit of it was dry in my burrito. Only 1 bite had dry rice.
Not sure what others are talking about in their reviews for this place. This is an honest review with pictures for proof.
I am a lifelong Taco Bell devotee and this is one of the most consistently good locations. I’m almost embarrassed to admit how often I come here, and this location always makes my order very well. I’m saying they pack it so it doesn’t get squished, there are plenty of ingredients in each of the items and they’re distributed well, and they rarely make mistakes. I appreciate them ❤️
When it comes to fast food we expect great service and food that is served quickly. The management at this location completely agrees with this idea. Upon walking into the restaurant I noticed that the eating areas, lobby and the kitchen area were clean. As it turns out the manager herself was attending to the cleanliness of the lobby in order for her staff to attend to customers.
Another way to judge an establishments cleanliness is to look at the restrooms. As pictured, you will see the cleanliness of this restaurant during my visit. It is important to remember that the staff also use these restrooms as much as their customers.
I like the appearance of the condiment table and the beverage section. It's details like these that sets this location above other Taco Bells I've seen in the area.
It must be noted that after Covid-19, many locations are understaffed. This location is no different however, they have been able maximize their service to their customers even with this deficiency. Lines in the drive thru move along quickly. This was my experience on several occasions.
This location always has the availability of current national advertised food offerings. They also have the latest beverage options. If you would like to try the new "Nacho Fries" or "Mountain Dew Kickstart Orange Citrus" drink, prepare for a refreshing addition to your meal.

Let's talk about the food... I liked the portion sizes of the food that I received as well as the look and taste. On one of my visits I ordered the "Doritos Locos Tacos" meal. The cook utilized the cardboard taco tray to make sure that the tacos stayed crisp and unbroken. There are some locations that do not utilize the cardboard tray for their specialty taco items in order to cut costs. The only thing that those locations reduce is a better customer experience. Appearance of one's food is just as important as the taste. I truly appreciate this attention to detail. No one likes broken tacos!
Due to the cleanliness, customer service, appearance of the restaurant and food, I am giving this location the highest rating possible.
