The BEST birria I have EVER had and I've been traveling across country trying it in multiple places. I got the #1 Combo and it was SO SO good. 10/10 if I could give it that.

I was not impressed by this taco truck. They seem to have a lot of fans. Always has a crowd eating in front of the truck. I had read good things so I wanted to give it a try. The main problem was that the birreria meat has almost zero flavors. Where is the spice? Where is the seasoning? The consumption was fine but still needed more seasoning.

If you are looking for authentic birria tacos, this place delivers. They are a little pricey for my standards ($15 for what's pictured) but, they are very tasty. They do not hold back on the meat or cheese and the consomé is delicious.
