We made reservations for our office holiday party and the restaurant was very accommodating to our needs! We had a large group (16) and they were able to fit our whole group together in one room. Our meal was fantastic - the pear soup, short ribs, and scallops were among the favorites! The service was great and they kept the drinks coming, and the food was served together despite the number of meals they needed to prepare at once. We would definitely return as a group as they did such an incredible job, but most of us agreed that it would be a great restaurant for a date night with our spouses as well. One recommendation to the restaurant for the future is that we would recommend having appetizers on the menu that we could pass around and share instead of more individual platings, but that’s just a personal preference. Food done right. Locally raised pork, to chef Matthews standards. Regional produce as it comes in season. A must try place for consumers interested in great tasting and responsible restraunt management.
This place is the real deal. The ingredients are always fresh and locally sourced, the recipes are inventive and flavorful, and the owners and staff are passionate about the food they are creating. We are lucky to have a place like this in our neck of the woods!
