We made reservations for our office holiday party and the restaurant was very accommodating to our needs! We had a large group (16) and they were able to fit our whole group together in one room. Our meal was fantastic - the pear soup, short ribs, and scallops were among the favorites! The service was great and they kept the drinks coming, and the food was served together despite the number of meals they needed to prepare at once. We would definitely return as a group as they did such an incredible job, but most of us agreed that it would be a great restaurant for a date night with our spouses as well. One recommendation to the restaurant for the future is that we would recommend having appetizers on the menu that we could pass around and share instead of more individual platings, but that’s just a personal preference. This place is the real deal. The ingredients are always fresh and locally sourced, the recipes are inventive and flavorful, and the owners and staff are passionate about the food they are creating. We are lucky to have a place like this in our neck of the woods!

We stumbled upon the fabulous local restaurant by accident and the food was so amazing that it has become our go to place for all special occasions. The food is always amazing, and Chef Matthew never disappoints. We recently celebrated my son's birthday cooking with Chef Matthew. Not only did he give the kids new found confidence, he really ignited a new love for really good food. We are so grateful for this wonderful little gem!
On Saturday, August 12, I hosted a dinner for close friends at LeFerm. A wonderful evening was enjoyed by all. The service was great! The staff was friendly and very efficient. Our food was delicious beyond words.....served hot and with a smile�. Good food and fellowship! I know I'll be going back. Hats off to a great crew and Chef Matthew!!
The tomato basil soup is excellent, as well as the Tuscan grilled cheese and sesame salad. The kid's grilled cheese leaves more to be desired. It was dry with Swiss cheese and my son didn't enjoy it at all, but he ate half of my sandwich so no big deal! We'll definitely be back.

My fiance Jody and I had out first big date at LA Ferme which has led to bigger and better things (engagement). We have celebrated big occasions at LA Ferme over the past 2 years and they are simply outstanding. I worked in New York City for over 20 years and LA Ferme is a treasure not to be missed.
Brought my mom tonight for the 5th annual bacon 5 course, as for myself I'm always happy and love eating there, as for my mom she is a first time patron and she had an absolute blast and was excited to tell her friends about her experience. Thanks again it's always a pleasure to come for not only the great food but the whole experience

Great food. Great staff. Great prices. Highly recommended this place if you are in the alex lakes area. It is fairly small so get a reservation. It is an old bank and they kept the vault and you can actually sit and dine inside it for a private table.
This restaurant far exceeded our expectations! The place was so cute and the staff was so fun and helpful! They make the best tomato basil soup I've ever had in my life!!! Their beer and wine selection is excellent, too. My husband mentioned it was my birthday the day we visited and they included a free cookie with my lunch. We will definitely eat there again the next time we are in town!
I thought this place was a regular restaurant and boy was I wrong! From farm to table, local ingredients, much quicker than fast food, nearly the same price and MUCH tastier. 10/10 will be returning to La Ferme again. Thanks for the delicious, awesome and surprising experience!
Excellent!! Chef Matthew and staff made our dining experience one we'll not forget! Food was exquisite along with some of the best wine I've had in years!! Make sure you give them a visit as you will not be disappointed!!

This is my favorite local restaurant in Alexandria, MN!!! My go-to menu item is their Cuban sandwich; it tastes so good and fresh! All of their food is phenomenal. I highly recommend visiting here if you want good food, friendly staff, and a clean, fun environment.
We had a good experience here. The scallops were excellent, although the plate was a little sparse. My husband's chicken was great, too, and had a more satisfying portion size. The corn bisque was the real highlight for me. It was out of this world!!
We enjoyed a 5 course wine paired meal last Saturday evening and it was fabulous! This was the best food experience of my life. If you are in the area -La Ferme is a must do experience!
