We were a party of four with no red meat eaters, and I feel like that's the specialty here, but we were all extremely happy with the food, - various fish and a wheatberry dish, which were all delicious, and beautifully presented. In spite of having treated ourselves to a starter, we weren't too stuffed to enjoy a dessert. The portions aren't American Doggie Bag Mega-sized, but we found them all satisfying, and the desserts were fabulous - even the (large) sample taster of brie ice cream (?!). The service was available, refilling our water glasses regularly, but without interrupting our conversation to ask how things were. One extra treat was being able to buy a loaf of their home made bread (lots of other interesting things were available too) which alone would be worth a trip! Hope to be able to have cocktails on the deck when it's ready.

We went late at night (10:30) after a concert. Courtney our server was so sweet. Never rushing us (but we knew the place was closing soon; people were tired and wanted to get home). We were glad to find a place that was open later and has easy parking. The duck confit and steak tartare were perfect but the lavender lemon tarts are to die for. We will be back soon!

Great new addition to the Ann Arbor restaurant scene. All of the appetizers and main courses we had were amazing. Our server, Ariel, did an outstanding job, she was very knowledgeable of the menu and made great food and wine suggestions. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great meal with a very classy but not pretentious atmosphere. One piece of advice, make a reservation.

This place is amazing! From the time you walk in the door you know you’re somewhere special. All the staff are super friendly and our waiter very helpful with the menu. We were totally blown away by the quality of the food, agreeing that our filet mignons may have been the best we’ve had anywhere. Attention to detail is stunning, down to the intense flavor of the broth in the French onion soup, apparently the same rich stock as in their pot-au-feu (will have to try this soon!) Our new go-to neighborhood haunt!

My husband and I went for breakfast, the food was scrumptious! Such thought went into the combined ingredients in my husband’s Egg Benedict and my Corn Soufflé. With homemade French bread and preserves, and freshly-brewed coffee, the meal was fabulous from beginning to end! Oh, and the music and atmosphere were relaxing and romantic, even for breakfast! Go check it out, you too will be refreshingly surprised!!

We loved our dinner experience and food at the Standard. Try the Brie ice cream! The meats were expertly cooked. We will be back to try brunch soon.

Was there last week for the first time. Had the French dip it ....was the best and tenderest I’ve ever had in my life. I looked around at the other meals being served ...they were presented beautifully. Food service and ambiance was wonderful. I will definitely be back.
