We were a party of four with no red meat eaters, and I feel like that's the specialty here, but we were all extremely happy with the food, - various fish and a wheatberry dish, which were all delicious, and beautifully presented. In spite of having treated ourselves to a starter, we weren't too stuffed to enjoy a dessert. The portions aren't American Doggie Bag Mega-sized, but we found them all satisfying, and the desserts were fabulous - even the (large) sample taster of brie ice cream (?!). The service was available, refilling our water glasses regularly, but without interrupting our conversation to ask how things were.
One extra treat was being able to buy a loaf of their home made bread (lots of other interesting things were available too) which alone would be worth a trip!
Hope to be able to have cocktails on the deck when it's ready.
We went late at night (10:30) after a concert. Courtney our server was so sweet. Never rushing us (but we knew the place was closing soon; people were tired and wanted to get home). We were glad to find a place that was open later and has easy parking.
The duck confit and steak tartare were perfect but the lavender lemon tarts are to die for. We will be back soon!
Great new addition to the Ann Arbor restaurant scene. All of the appetizers and main courses we had were amazing. Our server, Ariel, did an outstanding job, she was very knowledgeable of the menu and made great food and wine suggestions. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great meal with a very classy but not pretentious atmosphere. One piece of advice, make a reservation.
