I visited Fava Tea for the first time today after deciding to make the switch from bagged to loose leaf tea. First of all, the selection is vast. They have every type of tea represented and then some. They also have a great selection of teapots for sale. The prices are quite reasonable for the quality of the tea you get which is rivaled only by the helpfulness of the staff. This is how customer service is supposed to be done. Penny helped me during my first visit. She answered every question I had and recommended fantastic tasting teas based off of what I told her. Best of all, she wasn't pushy in the slightest and gave me ample time to look through the selection of teas. You get the sense that they exist to provide great quality tea to the Fox Valley first, and think of their profits second. There are samples provided of each type of tea, and get this; they don't add sugar to the samples, and they use the amount of tea that you are directed to use on the package. It was a wonderful experience, and everything I'd want in a tea shop. Highly recommended.
Although I’ve never been into a store I tried a number of Fava teas from their trailer at a festival this weekend. Grade A tea and Grade A people. Worth your time and money
I love the whole experience of this place, and the tea is wonderful! I've been trying to get my kids interested in tea, and all it took was ONE visit, and they're fascinated.
Favorite tea shop! I drive all the way from Green Bay to stock up. I'm hoping for a new location in Green Bay! :)
What a wonderful variety of teas, the staff is so very helpful, and more than willing to share their knowledge with you. Love love this place!
Very impressed with the quality and attention to detail of my order. Very personal and loved all the extra information and recipes included.
Both my friend and I think very highly of Fava! I enjoy the vast selection of teas, as well as the helpfulness of the staff. I was hoping to buy a certain flavor of tea but I didn't see it out--so I asked about it and they were able to get some for me from the back. I love smelling all the different varieties and taking suggestions from the staff. I'll be back when I run out!

I tried the Cinnamon Spice Black tea! Oh so good!! You don't need any sugar or sweetener. A bold, sweet cinnamon candy-like taste and aroma!! When I mentioned I like cinnamon, Casey did a wonderful job helping me!!!! Thanks!
This place got me started on loose tea! They staff is amazing...very helpful and friendly! I recently moved out of state and still order my tea from here. No other place compares to the quality of this tea! And the shipping is unbelievably fast! Thank you for always putting out a good product and costumer service! you have a Client for Life! wherever I am!

Best choice of tea anywhere and love the samples.
I was introduced to Fava Tea Company by a friend who still lives in WI. I'm out of state, and I have some really stringent dietary restrictions which don't allow me to have regular tea any longer. Thankfully, Fava has enough selection in their herbal and rooibos section that I'm no longer limited to nothing but plain rooibos, chamomile or peppermint. (Though their peppermint tea is the BEST!) I am very thankful for the variety and the quality, even if I can only do mail order. They're just great.

The employees there are always so nice and cheerful. They won't pressure you at all, but they are there to answer any type of questions you have. Always a pleasant experience and I leave with great tasting tea!
Had never been to the store before. Stopped in just to buy a gift card for a friend and ended up walking out with 4 different kinds of tea. I was amazed at how many different teas there were and the employees were so nice and helpful. I have always liked just a plain tea and they said the orange pekoe would taste like it. It is soo good.. I'm hooked :) I won't be buying my tea from the grocery store anymore!! So glad that I stopped!! Have already made a trip back for a refill :)

Today was my first day at Fava Tea Company and I'm sold for life! Customer service from both associates was great! They answered all of my dietary questions and were patient with my indecisiveness. Haha This place has a TON of options so there is no way to leave empty handed. I love that their is a Wellness Collection! They had free samples and a cute area to buy drinks they'll make at. Loved the experience and would definitely recommend.
Fava tea is one of the best places to get loose tea and the only place I use. The staff is incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Walking in the door you are hit with the aroma of all of the teas but somehow they blend to the perfect sent. Even going in with our 3 year old the staff greeted us with a smile and even talked to out little one. Any time we stop in we leave with our standards and some new flavors. For a small shop they are well worth the stop and support! I can’t wait to try the one we picked up today!
I've been shopping at Fava Tea for several years now, and they have helped me develop a love for tea. They have several rotating samples available to try each day, which helped me discover which kinds I like best before purchasing. I have found several unique and delicious varieties of tea that have become new favorites. Highly recommend!
So many amazing teas and the staff was wonderful in guiding us through our first visit there. This is a must visit for any tea drinker. Fabulous store and really great teas. Samples available too!
I absolutely love Fava Tea. Delicious! Well organized. Free samples throughout the store. Get a to go cup of one of the samples for $1. I love French Breakfast. If you do not want caffeine Paris Evening is absolutely wonderful.
We came in to buy a Christmas present. Jasmine was extremely helpful and explained the different teas and offered accessories that will be needed to make tea. She was very kind and patient. Karina who answered the phone ensured me that someone would help me in the store. I was impressed by the variety of teas and the cleanliness of the store, and how helpful the staff was. My experience was wonderful and I will recommend this to others!
Walked in and asked to get a crash course on where to start. I got a super friendly employee with a great environment. Staff was extremely knowledgeable, I am excited to dig into their high quality products
