I need the nicest man in the whole wide world. I came here twice while I was pregnant to feed a craving. The first time he went out of his way on a busy Saturday to make me a special order of almond bites. The day I was getting admitted into the hospital we came, he remembered me and made me an extra cup. Today 3 months post partum he remembered me again. Asked about the baby and made my special order. You really have to appreciate the kindness and customer service. And the pretzel bites were amazing Everytime !!!

Oct - 22 (Update): ☆☆☆☆☆ I was reached out to by the new manager of this location and she said they were fully aware of how poor this location was being ran and were working hard to repair their reputation. I've since ordered a few times via their app and everything has been solid each time. I havent been in person yet but I expect things are now ran correctly. Auntie Anne's pretzels are king and im glad to see this location is now in good hands! Aug - 22: ☆☆ I've visited the location a few times and its always been pretty poorly ran. I Just ordered online for delivery and they were missing items from my order. Don't understand why this place is so scuffed. Pretzels are always good af though..
