I recently dined at Einstein Bros. Bagels and would rate my experience a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The staff was impressively kind and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming ambiance within the establishment. I opted for the Chorizo Burrito, priced reasonably at around $7. While the meal was enjoyable, the reason for the 4-star rating was that I found the food somewhat lacking in spices, though this may be due to my Indian background and preference for spicier flavors. Einstein Bros Bagels offers a great breakfast option for those who prefer milder tastes, and I recommend requesting extra spice if you're like me and prefer a bolder flavor profile.
Good food and friendly service. They really need to fix or remove the tipping option. It's not touch screen nor do you touch the tabs next to the amount. You have to push numbers that don't correspond to the amount. Just makes for an awkward exchange. Counter service is such an odd tipping environment.
The energy of this place was warm and friendly. The staff knew their regular customers who came in and even asked about their families. Hugs were exchanged. It feels great to be in a store or restaurant where people are friendly and know your name. It seems to be a rarity these days—especially in s major city.
