This was originally a negative review, and it stood as such for about a week, but administration reaches out to me and did the best to rectify the situation. The General Manager, Kevin, made more than one reasonable attempt to reach out to me to get some more detail regarding the situation. He was genuinely interested in hearing me out, gave some background info on his stores and what he does and was really receptive to doing what he could to make things right. It was so very professional and I am elated to hear my experience was the outlier and that there will still be active efforts to improve the service of all his locations. For anyone curious, my concerns was never the quality of the food, just a negative experience with a particular employee. With that said, I would whole heartedly recommend visiting this store.
AMAZING staff with smiles on their faces. This particular subway doesnt accept Discover and with that being our only way of paying for our sandwhiches, we decided to go to a different one. Before we got out the door, the lady bagged our subs, told us to have a wonderful day, and purchased our food for us. It was one of the most generous things i have witnessed with my own two eyes in a very, very long time. Thank you to that woman, who had a heart of gold.
The young lady that closes on Sunday night gave the best service I've ever had at a Subway. Pleasant with a smile. We came in a half hour b4 closing and she was happy to have us!
