We came to the Einstein’s Bagel this morning on 800 Peachtree Street NE in Midtown, Atlanta and had THE BEST experience ever! The customer service made us feel right at home. The manager and the rest of the staff were so sweet and welcoming. We also loved our drinks and bagels!😀
We came in this morning, April 23, around 830 and got a couple of wonderfully made dirty chai tea lattes and bagels as well. The best part though, and the reason we will be returning, is because of the extremely friendly and welcoming staff this morning. I have rarely, if ever, experienced customer service this way.
We checked out at spoke with a nice man and also chatted with a couple of friendly women working behind the counter. I wish I would have caught their names. This is definitely my and my girlfriends new favorite Saturday morning spot.
I absolutely love the staff here some of them have been there for a long time. Always a pleasant atmosphere!!!
