Jubilee was the coffee highlight of my memorial weekend trip to Denver. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and produced some fantastic drinks for my family. The espresso was top notch, and I enjoyed seeing how Jubilee uses pre-weighed doses of beans to grind any single origin you would like as espresso. The house espresso was rich, velvety, and probably the best I have had. I also got to try an Ethiopian Yukiro single origin espresso, and loved the orange flavors! I will seek out Jubilee in a future trip to Colorado.
