First of all the cashier can't speak much English. Second, my rewards were already transferred to my wallet and we are low on food so we use our rewards for dinner. I had over 5000. Now I have only 460 we didn't get our food and he doesn't understand why I am so upset. He said none of the food items were not programmed into the system so. My Account dont recognize the alt items he has chosen to use instead. Im so flipping angry. No way they are getting by with this again.
Store has drastically improved. I like the guy who's working there tonight. He's very nice, very upbeat, always in a good mood, always smiling, asks how my night is going, etc.. I'm a main customer, so he recognizes me and even remembers my cigarette brand. These are important parts of customer service. When this guy is there, I always walk out of the store out of the store in a good mood. 5 stars for bro 👍
