Date of Visit: 4/12/2018 OVERVIEW - 4.2 Came here on a Thursday evening with a work buddy that wanting a taste of southern food, while visiting Texas from another state. LOCATION - 5 Found the location rather easily with Google Maps, but unfortunately parking was a whole other issue. PRICE - 5 The prices were reasonable for what we purchased. PRODUCT/SERVICE - 5 I don't remember what kind of sandwich I got, but it had fried shrimp and it was amazingly delicious. I also got a side of sausage & chicken gumbo. According to my colleague, it was a little runny than what a gumbo should be, but I don't know because I've never had it before. POINTERS/PERKS - 1 Even though the food was delicious, if you want to come back again, avoid using the restroom at all costs, because after visiting it you'll think twice before purchasing any of the food. EMPLOYEES - 5 The young lady that served us was incredibly over-the-top polite, an authentic polite. One of the only times I actually experienced the true southern hospitality while visiting Austin.
