The first time we went there was for lunch it was a Sunday in January. It was packed but our waitress got us our orders on a timely manner, no mistakes and she was polite. I loved their sirloin steak plate, it was the first time I really cleaned a plate! The zucchini was cooked perfectly, the garlic bread was toasted and my medium rare steak was perfection. All our orders were on point.
The 2nd time though, was last Saturday. Our server was an older guy. He was not so nice to me, but was kind to my older companion. I ordered a side of sweet corn for my child and he came out with a bowl of broccoli and goldfish. My steak wasn't right either. I ordered medium rare as always and he gave me well done When I asked to change everything he gave me a tone ”is that all, miss?!” Oh man. And it wasn't packed at that time only 5 tables were filled. Needless to say, I'll only eat there on Sundays.
Food and service were excellent! Veronica was our server. She was very friendly and took really good care of us. The manager checked on us quite a bit too. Overall all the staff was very friendly. Our food was served quickly, hot and delicious and the bathrooms were clean too. Will definitely go back 😊

Amber was our server & she did an excellent job with making sure that our Customer Service experience was extraordinary!
Especially given all the negative review comments about Customer Service not even being up to Par at this location which seems to be the narrative........
