I was very excited to try Cask & Grain from all the reviews, but I was left unimpressed and disappointed. Staff was wonderful, but the food was underwhelming. I ordered the creekstone farms ranch steak which was good, but nothing spectacular. My finance's sister and mother ordered the wagon wheel ranch pork collar which was extremely sweet and not very flavorful. It was just odd, especially since they had ordered the mussel soup which was also strangely sweet. The seared duck breast was good, but the new bedford scallops was the best dish of the night hands down. My favorite aspects of the meal was the assorted cheese plate and the dessert. The dessert was absolutely amazing and I'm not a sweets kind of guy. But unfortunately, the majority of the meal was disappointing especially for the price. If you're in the area, I'd recommend Alma as a better alternative.

Exceeded my expectations! I had a good feeling about this place given that it is 'farm to table' but the dishes were exceptional and they don't use any bad hydrogenated oils which are so toxic. Will definitely come again! Highly recommended.
Came here with a party of six for a nice Sunday dinner. Had some drinks at the bar downstairs before dinner, which were prepared well. Dinner was superb, each couple split an appetizer. Some of the best oysters I've ever had. Not too many choices, but enough for everyone to find something they enjoyed. Priced moderately for the quality of food provided. Service was great, patient and knowledgeable. Dessert was a hard choice as all three options sounded amazing, but the chocolate tarte and blood orange flan were amazing.
