Hello…I’ll try to make this brief.
Per the screenshot below, (credit to David Brooke) you have your two role players, John (father of Spyro) and Miners Cap (cousin), I’ll save the family tree for a rainy day. Anyways there’s your foundation, two hardworking Baltimore natives 1 behind the register and 1 manning the griddle. You’re on your way to work and you phone in. Here is how it’s gonna go:
John: “Johns”
Me: “Hi can I get a bacon egg and cheese on toast?”
John: “Ok that it”
Me: “Yea”
John: “Ok bye”
This establishment is woven into my day to day existence and I give credit to John’s for being a fresh start to my day, and a warm dining room on a rainy Baltimore afternoon.
Best food in the square. Johns Carry-out was there before anyone else! There's a reason they're celebrating 32 years in the business! Be sure to go before work for breakfast just for a quick lunch. Their food is made to order fast and delicious. A family owned restaurant that's family to all of us Canton originals. Come join our family and see where it all started at this classic Canton sqare landmark. Steve and Lambi will take good care of you as they have for so many before.
We consider ourselves Sub Connoisseurs! Our first time eating at John's, which came from a Caton Neighbors FB group post. I have worked in the area for 6.5 years and didn't know about John's.
Real chicken and beef shavings were used, cooked well. Taste was good. Fries and onion rings were fried to golden color, taste good. Will definitely come again. Nice to be able to call it in and pick up on the way home.
