I always go to this McDonald's and I never have a complaint breakfast or lunch...the manager's and staff are always courteous and friendly with me�

First time I've been back to this location I'm quite some time and found that to be remodeled. It is the most unusual McDonald's remodel that I have seen in Baltimore. It's kind of fun kind of interesting kind of cool. However the staff wasn't great and the service was slow and not particularly friendly. They were also very prickly about refills because they did not have a soda machine accessible to the customers. You had to ask for one and then they got mad at me for handing my cup to them when I should have gotten a fresh one apparently.

Always short staffed during morning rush. Usually waiting at least 15 minutes to get your food if you walk in to the dining area and order. Drive through is usually better especially when Keisha is taking orders. She is very professional and kind all the time!! I always come back because of her professionalism and positive attitude!!
