First time ordering from the Sub Hut. Most likely last time. Couldn't add condiments on my sub when ordering the special, online, so had to order each separate. My pizza showed up with pieces folded over.
Sub was so so.
EDIT: I've decided to change my rating because while my one time experience may not have been that great, the follow up was exceptional. The fact that Dana called me to assure me while some things change, the same great people who have handled all my orders as Mustangs are still there, the ordering website is different. She explained it and how to work it for the deals, and offered me a pizza to make up for the folded one.
Right there is excellent customer service! And that's why I will still order from them. Thank you. I appreciate you for following up.
Friendly staff, awesome food and good prices make this a perfect spot to grab some carry out! We bought a dozen wings and some cheese steaks. The wings were perfect and the subs were delicious! While we waited the phone rang off the hook and the lobby started to fill. This locally owned pizza & sub shop reminded me what I am missing when I get that $5 dollar foot long that comes with free sides of hurry up and robotic service. Mustangs Pizza on German Hill road has earned my 5 star review and my business. Keep up the great work!
Not only is Mustang's Pizza good, but they are good people who run it. I'm a teaching at a near by Middle School and Mustang discounts pizza for an after school program I help run every week. The food arrives hot, on time, and delicious. Thank you Mustang for keeping our students filled with good pizza and not making me go broke in the process!
