The only reason I'm giving four stars is for the manager Sean! He was extremely helpful and did his best to resolve any issues. However some of the other employees should realize that they are working in a place where kids are around and they shouldn't cuss, or jump over the counter 🤔 and they should stamp everyone's hands and not just say go ahead because they are too busy talking.
Great facility: very clean, the games are new, they always have a deal/ coupons for families, food is fantastic ( also uses Uber Eats in certain areas), restooms clean. Amazing staff: every staff member is friendly and courteous, they go out of their way to make sure they can help you... My child absolutely loves it and so do I
The manager Sean was such a pleasure, I'll say possibly the best I've encountered. He was very freindly, smiling continuously, he had absolutely no problem with helping, and resolving any issues. I'll say manager/employee of the month. This guy was awesome!
