My friends and I just came back from a four day trip to Banner Elk NC, and on our last day we came to Bella’s for breakfast. It was amazing! The service was great, the food was so good, the employees were so sweet and professional! Everything was great! The restaurant isn’t big and the line gets long so if you go definitely get there early. Either way the experience is worth it!
Nice little place for breakfast. The French toast and the hot coco were delicious. Great location. Good Service.
I'm going to be generous as possible here, because there are a lot of things I can complain about but half of them is just that the town this place is located in is getting way too overpopulated and won't be able to sustain itself very VERY soon.
First, food is basic and good, it's not exquisite gourmet dining, don't expect that, you come in here expecting that that's on you. It's southern dining, get over it, for the ones from upstate New York or Florida.
The price is on the expensive side, sort of, but they are using basic capitalism to profit off the tourists here. They don't like the prices? There are other places to go and harass the locals.
Wait times are bad, that is because they are simply overloaded, it is a little building, sort of like a shack, the clowns coming here in groups of ten or eight en mass overload their service and makes it far more difficult to get your orders in time. Then have the audacity to whine how long it takes to get their food.
The problems this restaurant has are not on the restaurant, more like on all the clowns from out of town expecting food served to them on silver platters, gold silverware, with diamond encrusted cups.
I've lived in this town for thirty years and watching these people act like they know better is maddening.
