Will is absolutely one of the best servers I have had in a very long time. He takes pride in making sure that our experience was great. I truly appreciate his hard work. He deserves a raise. Thank you Will for providing Excellent Customer Service 😊
Traveling back east, we decided to pull over to eat. Found this Outback Steakhouse which is a couple of miles south of I-12. Not going into specifics, but service could be a little faster. Not sure if the wait is from the server or the kitchen or both. Overall, the server was a courteous and respectful guy. He checked on us periodically. I'd rather have that over fast service, but it took a really long time to get our order (about 55 minutes). If you can see my photo, my baked potato looked liked it was nuked in the microwave for too long. It was small and the skin was burnt inside. Hardly any potato to eat. Also, the lightbulbs in the two-person booths need to be changed to a softer light. I don't think this is an isolated problem at this Outback. We unscrewed our lightbulb because it was so bright and in our eyes.
We had a wonderful experience at the Jones Creek location of Outback. The entrance was very clean, with no stickers and signs taped to the front door. The host station was courteous and we were directed to a table where Sheena greeted us with a smile and positive comments. Table, chairs, floor and menus were very clean. Sheena was very friendly and informative about our food choices. Drinks were delivered promptly and the Bloomin' Onion was cooked beautifully My 92 year-old mother is a rib fan and wanted to try the Twisted Ribs. Absolutely amazed at the appetizer portion and they were perfectly cooked. I had a Outback style Prime Rib steak. It was superb. All the food was fresh and not. And delicious. Sheena kept checking on us without being a nuisance. The restaurant manager came by to see if we needed anything and personally thanked us for our visit. Outstanding, Outback!
