Enjoyed dinner with an extra large party on 4 tables. The food was delicious and the drinks were smooth and refreshing.
My only concern is the pace of how the dishes and drinks were delivered. Some people received their food orders early while others about 30 minutes later. Drinks were distributed about 5-10 minutes across the tables. Perhaps it was a busy night with staff missing.
The presentation was fantastic as well as the taste of everything I had! 😋
The staff was also attentive and welcoming from beginning to end. I recommend Minamoto for a delightful dinner experience if you're in the mood for Japanese cuisine.

Incredible Japanese restaurant. The sushi was the best I'd ever had, the fried rice, miso, and wagu were all also phenomenal. Very pleasant and helpful staff, service was lightning fast. Food was out within 4 or 5 minutes. Decor was a super well done mix of modern and traditional Japanese. Japanese whiskey selection was wonderful. Definitely higher end and a little more expensive but that comes with the territory. Highly recommend.
AMAZING. A total different experience from other sushi restaurants. This is the REAL sushi restaurant. The service was splendid, and the food was even better. Wow. Quickly has become our favorite place. Their unagi is #1!!! Also, they'll validate your parking if you park in the garage. This is THE PLACE for special occasions, or if you're a true sushi lover.
