I want to thank Gala bakery for the services they have provided us. They went above and beyond on our wedding day. Great and easy Communication and kind in every way. The wedding cake was Gorgeous and delicious. I would Highly recommend them .

We’ve bought four cakes from Gala. It’s a bit pricey but I really love the design on my zoo cake. My gf gave them her vision and they brought it to life. She surprised me and I LOVED it. We did the Sesame Street theme for a party and requested Big Bird cookies. Paid the little extra fee and noticed on our description recipient Big Bird wasn’t included so we mentioned it before we left. She said it’s okay because it’s on the other form we filled out. We came to pick it up the day before the party (Saturday) and we noticed Big Bird wasn’t in there. It was a few minutes before they closed and they were closed the following day so there was nothing we could do about it. My gf was pretty pissed as it kind of threw off our decorations but whatever we got over it. Just a bit disappointed because we double checked before leaving the day of order and they still forgot. Another thing too, I’m unsure if the person who helped us was new or what she definitely did mess up the side of the cake when she attempted to close the cake. Though this wasn’t our best experience, they usually deliver really nice cakes. I recommend them!
