This was our 2nd time here,we love the hushpuppies,and the fish but my favorite is the crab and lobster cakes😀 you cant beat that for $1.00 on Friday. Customer service was great. We will be back😁

I had not eaten at Long John Silver's since moving here three years ago. I did not know that one was here in Big Rapids, Michigan. I stumbled upon it while driving to Walmart. I stopped and got the fish and chicken meal with those delicious hush puppies and Cole slaw. It was better than I remembered! I loved it. I have since been back a few times.

Was fairly clean for a fast food restaurant. Counter cashier was also server and went around cleaning tables at low volume times, keeping the place looking good. Was surprised at the smaller portions LJS is now serving. A bit disappointing. Service was friendly and quick.
