This location has the best chicken to me. The Staff are always pleasant and courteous. From the managers to the cashier's. They always have a smile on their face. What I do not like is how this location is not well maintained. This restaurant is one of the only one in it's neighborhood. The owners neglect it. We ask corporate for upgrades and fixtures. But the only thing that is being done is higher costing food and less quantity. The staff are doing the best they can to show a united front and we appreciate them for that. We the community are not tearing up our store, it is non-locals that keep coming through. We values this location very much. We would like to see more cameras, lightening, drive through menu board, cleaned parking lot, and more support for the staff. They are doing the best they can. We see them try very hard to maintain the store brand and image. It is not fair to them, it affects his and her morale. They have ordered the store to be cleaned professionally and it has not, they have requested food orders, those are late, training materials and better upline support. Big Business want the money, but CUSTOMER SERVICE Trumps THAT! This are people who live and work in our community and we stand behind them. CORPORATE CAN DO BETTER AND STOP REDLINING. I drive from across town to come to this location that should tell you my LOYALTY TO the awesome staff, and the location! Treat your employees better than this. Thank You!
