As a Worker. I have worked at Garbonzo's for about a year, things have changed a lot and if we do mess up a pizza or an order we will fix it. I have seen some angry people come in, mad about there pizza, and leave happy with a new pizza. For FREE and we are sorry about the wait it takes us about 45mins to get the pizza to the house during a rush, but you are that mad about it being that long then just call around four and put a hold on your order. And I also challenge to the challenge we have. All you need is 3 really hungry people. And some sweat pants. We are sorry about any problems you have had with our service.
Garbonzo's is A O K. I am writing in the perspective of a picky food lover and that of a long time neighborhood dweller. I remember the days when we didn't have a grocery store close by and dinner on the go was a pint of ice cream or beef jerky from Jacksons. I am so glad we have hot, fresh pizza! That said, it isn't a gormet pizza shop. It is comparable to national chains. The ever so slightly sweet and toasty hand tossed crust is pretty good. Sauce tastes of juicy roma tomatoes. Spicy pepperonni ....It's convenient and the staff has always been friendly. Prices are average.
Pizza toppings are fresh and generous! Couldn't take the picture fast enough before family scarfing it down. Sauce could have more kick and maybe cooked two more minutes for a crisper crust. 4-stars for a number of weird website errors trying to schedule a delivery, then figuring out my location was pickup only.
