This BK has steadily improved. In the past, there was a frequent contingent of homeless people that congregated in/nearby this location. It is MUCH better now than years ago.
The customer service is great. Friendly people that truly show care for the people, often referring to customers by their first names.
Compared to other Burger King locations, the food is roughly similar. However, there is more emphasis on freshness here in my opinion. My go-to selection is either the french fries or the onion rings. I am often told to wait a few minutes while a fresh batch is being prepared. Having hot fries/onion rings are deal breaker for me. Lastly, this store always prepare my cookies fresh instead of grabbing them from a display after sitting the whole day. The melted chocolate morsels are yummy!
I'd swore that i would never eat BK again, but there i was w/ coupons & hadn't eaten all day. Happy to say that my experience was a good one at this BK on Tremont St., Boston, MA; across from the Park St. T station. The staff was friendly & well organized, the food was cooked the way it should be. Zero complaints. Bonus: enjoyed a pleasant conversation w/ a young man & his father while dining-in. This BK has my business til they try to poison me, which i hope that won't be the case, as other BK's have done in the past. Glad to see that quality assurance is practiced at this franchise.
Great food and great service. Not the best atmosphere. I have had a few instances of homeless being a little pushy when asking me for money. They also stand outside and get into arguments and shoving matches sometimes. You'll find drugs and needles in the bathroom too.
