They're understaffed but you could tell they were all trying hard. Good attitudes, food was hot and the order correct, so no complaints here.
*I will put this on every fast food review from this point forward...Chick Fil A is the benchmark for all fast food restaurants to learn from. Management teams are critical to restaurant success these days. Pay your employees well, work alongside them, and learn from the customer service and drive thru experience of Chik Fil A, and you'll take your own restaurant experience to a whole new level.
The Arby's in Brevard NC is a really good place to eat. The staff is very friendly and polite. It's a very clean store I enjoy eating there.
Arby's is great in general but this particular Arby's has a great crew working there. Always helpful and so nice! They go out of their way to help. FYI, they have recently remodeled and the bathrooms (at least women's) are now very large single-person bathrooms.
Updating to say all of this continues to be true. I'm never disappointed at this Arby's.
