Great down home chicken from great down home people. And they best part.... after years of being closed.... the chicken shack is re-opening!!! Great to see this coming back to a great community. If you are in Iola, make the drive to the chicken shack. If you are in Ft. Scott, make the drive to the chicken shack. If you are in Pittsburg, make the drive to the chicken shack. If you are anywhere in Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas, make the drive to the chicken shack. You will not be disappointed.

Everything was delicious and the servings were ginormous. If you're going through don't miss the best chicken in the world!

Food is great, they were super busy when we were there so it took a while to get our food but the staff is friendly and the food was worth the wait!
