I love Popeyes. It was a slightly different experience than I am used to at a Popeyes, but the same taste since I've been in NYC. And since I notice the food taste is not as it used to be at several Popeyes, lately. I may be divorcing them soon. THIS Popeyes had very friendly service.
One piece of advice to them and any fast food, you should start asking customers if they want ice or not; I can't eat and drink very cold things, and I forget sometimes to say no ice. that would help a great deal, but a cause for bad or lower rating or concerns, just an advice.
The food is really good and fresh. Sometimes the bread is really hard. But for the most part everything is tasty. The people at the registers are so nice, and respectful. I saw some people get very annoyed if the cashier's doesn't understand. But the cashier's always remain calm with a smile. The atmosphere could be better. There are people who hang out in the restaurant, and some of them are homeless...how can I tell, by the smell.
Good spot theyre prices is getting outrageous remember I can get a bucket for $14 now is like $22.
