Food is Good 😋
Based on my experience on 7/6/21. I was greed by the cashier named Arianna, she provided me with a good customer service I requested the 16 pcs family meal only dark meat without any problems also the manager answered all my questions about the issue with ordering on their website. The place is really clean from where I see
Bathrooms aren't accessible to the public, No diner in, only curbside, delivery or pick up.
I think the business owner or the Management company should read customer complaints and improve their business because No customers No business! Good business brings more customers.
Note 📝I went weekday around 1:30 pm it was empty and weekends could be more busy but that should not change it the quality of service. I am going back soon 😉 anything I will change my review
Had lunch here with my daughter. I was impressed with the food. Very flavorful, well presented and exactly what we ordered. Inside it was clean, tables and garbage disposal areas were tidy. I appreciated their customer service. Although not friendly, it was definitely courteous. Conveniently located in Bay Plaza Shopping Center. Close to public transportation buses Q50, Bx23, Bx26 and Bx29.
The amanager anne marie and the assistant were THE BEST. Every time i come here Anne Marie is polite and courteous. Love coming to this establishment. They're the best when it comes to customer service.! Super Happy 😁😁
