Stopped in for a coffee before having a look around harvard and found it was delicious - nice outdoor sitting spots too. Walk in through the gate opening on harvard square and you will find the cafe on your left

Small university coffeehouse with cheap prices (yay subsidies!) and--here is the super-secret best part--pastries from the Danish Pastry House, at cheaper-than-retail prices.
