My family and I have eaten here since they opened. We often have birthday parties and family gatherings here. Today, we brought my nephews and niece in, and after an extended wait our pizza (for the kids) wasn't to the table but the other food (for the adults) was. When I asked about the pizza, a young man offered apologies as our pizza was messed up and being remade. The manager later came to our table and gave us a full refund and our pizza. That's great customer service!
We had my sons 5th birthday party here. It was a huge success and so easy for me (expecting 2nd son any day now). The food was great! We rented the back room and the kids had a blast playing video game. Highly recommend it if you are looking for a fun and easy Birthday venue.
Best pizza in Carrollton hands down! It's awesome to have a local pizza place that also pours back into our community so much!
