Went for lunch on our last day visiting Charleston. So very glad we didn’t skip on this spot. Decor and ambiance is really super. I had the Bar Steak, with a side of Asparagus, both really yummy. Husband had the tavern burger and we split the Parmesan fries. All I can say is WOW! Fries were amazing and I had a bite of the burger just to try. One of the tastiest burgers I have ever had!! Was wishing I had one more day to head back and order it myself! Don’t let the off the beaten path (a bit north of most walking areas of King St) put you off. Go! If you like a smashed burger...just Go!!

There was nothing not to like. We started with Little Jack's version of fish and chips which pairs a cone of excellent potato chips with sour cream and salmon roe. Delicious. The burger earns its accolades. It is perfect, and normal appetites should order the single appetizer portion. Our server was a lovely young woman who seemed to have ESP. She appeared only when we needed her attention. My only regret was not being able to sample more of the menu. A little far from city center but worth the trip. We will most definitely return on our next visit to Charleston. GO!

Little Jack’s was recommended to us by a local and it was fantastic ! Great little pub with cool atmosphere and eclectic crowd ! Food was fabulous , drinks were on point and our server was very attentive - will definitely visit again next time in Charleston !
