I suppose if I wrote a bad review others may not try it and the crowd would be smaller. However, this place was so good I couldn't live with myself if I did that. While there was a crowd, the staff was efficient and very helpful. The line moved very quickly, and boy was it worth it! (We drove over 2 hours to get there).
I consider myself a bit of an oyster fanatic, usually able to tell where an oyster came from by how it tastes. I had the all you can eat steamed oysters. All kidding aside, the very best I've ever had. The guy cooking in the Oyster Room was great! He made me feel like I was at a friend's house for a big roast.
Don't change anything! The food, the vibe of the place... It was perfect. I commented to my wife that there would probably be a room in Heaven just like that. Going back next week!
This is my go to place whenever I want to impress out of town guests! It’s casual and one of the most beautiful places to watch the sunset! I was there Friday night and we were treated to dolphins swimming by the dock. The staff is friendly and the service is great. Their beer sek cation is amazing filled with local brews to drink down! Come and enjoy this fabulous place that is great!
My wife and I are in town because I have a job interview Monday and stumbled onto Bowers island . This place was great !!! Great food great price and portion sizes perfect. Also a good beer selection . The view of the water and decor perfect . If your ever in Charelston go bring your appetite you won't be sorry . Vanessa goodness and I will be back I promise you that.
